摘要：敦煌遗书毒性本草是指敦煌医药文献中的有毒中药相关内容,是研究隋唐医药情况的重要史料和补充。文章介绍了敦煌遗书中毒性本草的记载情况,总结了敦煌遗书毒性本草特点,以及在识毒、防毒、减毒、解毒四个方面的内容特色。目前临床及科研中,多角度思辨下毒性本草研究仍然有一定价值,对疾病治疗具有指导意义。通过对敦煌毒性本草内容的研究,以期为中药规范合理使用提供有价值的参考。
Dunhuang collectible toxic herbs refers to the relevant content of toxic Chinese medicine in Dunhuang medical literature,which is an important historical material and supplement for the study of Sui and Tang dynasty medicine.This paper briefy introduces the records of toxic herbs in Dunhuang collectible,and summarizes the characteristics of toxic herbs in Dunhuang collectible,as well as the content characteristics in four aspects:poison identification,prevention,reduction and detoxification.At present,in clinical and scientific research,the study of toxic herbs from multiple perspectives still has certain value and has guiding significance for disease treatment.Through the study of the content of Dunhuang toxic herbs,in order to provide a valuable reference for the standardized and rational use of traditional Chinese medicine.
