摘要：介绍王海东教授治疗强直性脊柱炎经验,王教授认为强直性脊柱炎的病机以肝肾不足为本,寒、湿、痰、瘀为标,治疗上尤擅将药物治疗与小针刀治疗相结合,并强调日常锻炼、调护及心理治疗的重要性,疗效尤著。
The paper introduces professor WANG Haidong ＇s clinical experience in treating ankylosing s pondylitis（ AS）.Professor WANG believes that the root of the disease are the deficiency of liver and kidney,and the superficial causes are cold,dampness,phlegm and stasis. For clinical treatment,WANG is good at combining drug treatment with acupotomy therapy,and emphasizes the importance of daily exercise,care and psychological treatment.The curative effect is significant.
