摘要：骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)是现代临床中一种非常多见的骨科疾病,其多属于中医学之"骨痿""骨痹""骨枯"等病名范畴。当前,随着中医学的发展,中医学在骨质疏松症的治疗中应用愈加广泛,且疗效显著,已经受到学界的广泛认可。但由于其缺乏现代医学理论的支撑,故而难以进行标准化的推广治疗。然随着分子生物学的发展,OPG/RANK/RANKL信号通路的发现对中医学治疗此病具有重要意义。故而在该文中作者将基于OPG/RANK/RANKL信号通路,阐释中医学从"肾、肝、脾"三脏论治OP的科学性,以期为中医学临床诊治此患提供依据。
Osteoporosis(OP)is a very common orthopedic disease in modern clinics.It mostly belongs to the categories of diseases such as“bone fistula”,“gubi”,and“bone dryness”in Chinese medicine.At present,with the development of Chinese medicine,the application of Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteoporosis has become more and more extensive,and the curative effect is remarkable,and it has been widely recognized by the academic community.However,due to its lack of support from modern medical theories,it is difficult to carry out standardized promotion and treatment.However,with the development of molecular biology,the discovery of the OPG/RANK/RANKL signaling pathway is of great significance to the treatment of this disease by Chinese medicine.Therefore,based on the OPG/RANK/RANKL signaling pathway,the author in this article will explain the scientific nature of the treatment of OP from the three organs of“kidney,liver and spleen”in Chinese medicine,in order to provide a basis for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of this disease in Chinese medicine.
