摘要：厥阴病的内涵与证治要点可以用“杂”“变”来形容,以赵开美翻刻宋本《伤寒论》为例,厥阴病56条,其中仅有4条提及“厥阴”二字,自古以来对厥阴的界定也并非清晰,文章研究厥阴病以《脉经》卷七、淳化本《伤寒论》、《诸病源候论》卷七与卷八、《千金翼方》本、赵开美翻刻宋本《伤寒论》为文献基础,旨在通过从诸善本的对比认知过程中了解厥阴病不同时期的不同记载,体悟“三阴三阳”“伤寒日期论”“经络”对厥阴内涵的影响,进而探索厥阴病阴阳顺逆等相关特点,以期对现代中医临床予以帮助。
As the end of syndrome-differentiation of the six meridians,connotation and key points of syndrome treatment of Jueyin disease can be described as ’miscellaneous’ and ’change’. Taking ZHAO Kai-mei remakes the Song version of Treatise on Febrile Diseases as an example,among 56 cases of Jueyin disease,only 4 mentioned the word ’Jueyin’,and the definition of Jueyin was not clear since ancient times. The study of Jueyin disease is based on the literature of Mai Jing(Vol. 7),Treatise on Febrile Disease in Chunhua,On The Causes of Diseases(Vol. 7 and 8),Qianjin Yifang(Vol. 9) and ZHAO Kai-mei’s reproduction of Treatise on Febrile Diseases of the Song dynasty. The purpose of this study is to understand the different records of Jueyin disease in different periods and explore related characteristics of yin and yang of Jueyin disease,realize the influence of ’three yin and three yang’,’treatise on typhoid fever date’ and ’channels and collaterals’ on the connotation of Jueyin,so as to provide some help to modern TCM clinic.
