摘要:目的探讨甘肃板蓝根品质与产区气候因子的相关性,为筛选板蓝根适宜种植区域提供参考依据。方法以甘肃36个产地的板蓝根药材样品为研究对象,以根长、主根直径、根干重及醇浸出物、(R,S)-告依春含量为品质评价参数,采用最大熵模型选取累计贡献率>95%的生态因子,并利用SPSS25.0统计软件对品质评价参数与气候因子进行Pearson相关性分析,寻找和揭示影响板蓝根品质的主导气候因子。结果影响板蓝根品质的关键气候因子为太阳辐射总量和降水量。结论本研究明确了影响板蓝根药材品质的主导气候因子,可为板蓝根的生态种植和品质提升提供依据。
Objective To study the correlation between the quality of Isatidis Radix and climatic factors in Gansu Province;To provide reference for selecting suitable planting areas of Isatidis Radix.Methods Isatidis Radix samples from 36 origins in Gansu Province were set as the research object.The root length,diameter of taproot,dry weight of root and alcohol extract,(R,S)-goitrin content were used as quality evaluation parameters.The maximum entropy(MaxEnt)model was used to select the ecological factors whose cumulative contribution rate was more than 95%,and Pearson correlation between quality evaluation parameters and climate factors was analyzed with SPSS 25.0statistical software to search and reveal the main climatic factors influencing the quality of Isatidis Radix.Results The key factors affecting the quality of Isatidis Radix were total solar radiation and precipitation.Conclusion The study identifies the main climatic factors affecting the quality of Isatidis Radix medicinal materials,and can provide a theoretical basis for ecological planting and quality improvement of Isatidis Radix.
