摘要:肾纤维化是急性肾损伤向慢性肾脏病进展的核心病理特征,其机制复杂且预后极差。核因子-κB信号通路的激活与急性肾损伤向慢性肾脏病的转变密切相关,其不仅是炎症反应的重要调控因子,还通过与多种信号通路的相互作用及表观遗传调控等方式,影响肾脏的纤维化进程,但其具体机制仍不明确。故本文总结了核因子-κB信号通路在急性肾损伤向慢性肾脏病进展过程中肾纤维化的作用机制,以及多种干预策略的研究现状,以期为靶向核因子-κB信号通路防治肾纤维化提供理论依据与新方向。
Renal fibrosis is the core pathological feature of the progression from acute kidney injury(AKI)to chronic kidney disease(CKD),with a complex mechanism and extremely poor prognosis.The activation of nuclear factor-κB signaling pathway is closely related to the transition from AKI to CKD.It is not only an important regulator of inflammatory reaction,but also affects the renal fibrosis process through interaction with various signaling pathways and epigenetic regulation;however,its specific mechanism is still unclear.Therefore,this article summarizes the mechanism of nuclear factor-κB signaling pathway in renal fibrosis in the progression from AKI to CKD,and the research progress of various intervention strategies,in order to provide theoretical basis and new direction for targeting nuclear factor-κB pathway to prevent and treat renal fibrosis.
