摘要：类风湿性关节炎是危害我国中老年人的一种常见免疫性疾病,近年来患病率呈持续上升趋势。西医目前对于该病并无特效疗法,主要以控制症状、改善病情为主,且患者因为经济及相关药物不良反应等不能长期持续性服用。现代医学研究证明中医药治疗类风湿性关节炎有非常显著的效果并且不良反应小、经济,三因治宜,且结合患者体质差异和病症特点为患者作出个性化的诊疗方案,调节患者脏腑气血阴阳,中医药在治疗类风湿性关节炎越来越受到就医患者的认同。类风湿性关节炎属于中医学"痹证"范畴,《伤寒杂病论》对于该病病因、病机、及预后等已有较为详备的记载。余师甘肃中医药大学附属医院张志明教授是甘肃省名中医,甘肃省卫生系统领军人才,博士、硕士研究生导师,从医30余年,在中医临证有丰富的经验。张志明教授结合甘肃本地地理、气候及该病病理研究,认为甘肃地区来就医的类风湿性关节炎患者多以湿热痹阻型为主,兼以肝肾不足、气血失养等。中医学"肝主筋"理论是中医养肝理血调经筋的基本理论,张志明教授结合多年临床经验及现代医学研究成果在"肝主筋"理论基础上以厥阴经病主方乌梅丸为方加减治疗湿热痹阻型类风湿性关节炎,后期加以温补肝肾,经过多例临床治疗及疗效观察取得较为显著的成果。
Rheumatoid arthritis(RA)is a common immunological disease among the elderly in China.At present,western medicine has no specific treatment for the disease,and the treatment is mainly to control symptoms and improve the condition,and patients can not continue to take the treatment because of the economy and side effects of related drugs.Modern medical studies have shown that Chinese medicine treatment of rheumatoid arthritis has a significant effect and there is few side effect,less economy cost,treatment according to causes,and combining withpatients’physical characteristicsand conditionsto make personalized therapeutic regimen,regulating Zang-Fu organs Qi and blood as well as Yin and Yang.Traditional Chinese medicine treatment gets more and more acceptance from patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Rheumatoid arthritis belongs Bi syndrome in TCM.The disease etiology,pathogenesisand prognosis has been more detailed records in Shanghan Zabing Lun.Professor ZHANG Zhiming of The Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine is a famous doctor of traditional Chinese medicine in Gansu Province,a leading talent of health system in Gansu Province,and a tutor of doctor and master students.Combining with the local geography,climate and pathological study of the disease,professor ZHANG Zhiming believed that the patients with rheumatoid arthritis in Gansu Province were mainly of dampness-heat Bi-blocking type,and mainly with liver and kidney insufficiency as well as Qi and blood lack of nourishing.The theory of liver dominating tendonsof traditional Chinese medicineis the basic theory of nourishingliver as well as regulating blood and meridians.Professor ZHANG combinedmany years clinical experience and modern medical research results on the basis of the theory of liver dominating tendons,taking the main prescription of Jueyin disease Wumei Pills.After many cases of clinical treatment,the curative effect was more significant.
