摘要：目的:观察龙珠软膏在肛肠外科术后换药中的应用效果。方法:选取2024年3月至2025年3月我院收治的肛肠外科术后160例患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组80例。观察组患者术后采用龙珠软膏油纱条换药,对照组患者术后采用凡士林油纱条换药,比较2组患者术后第14天的疗效、术后不同时点疼痛评分、水肿消退时间、渗液减少时间以及创面愈合时间。结果:术后第14天观察组患者总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05);术后第1天换药前2组患者疼痛评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后第1天换药后、术后第3天换药前后、术后第7天换药前后观察组患者疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者水肿消退时间、渗液减少时间、创面愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:龙珠软膏在肛肠外科术后创面管理中有显著临床优势,能加速创面愈合、缓解疼痛和水肿、促进肉芽组织生成,为术后换药提供新策略。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Longzhu Ointment in dressing change after colorectal surgery.Methods A total of 160 patients after colorectal surgery admitted to our hospital from March 2024 to March 2025 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 80 cases in each group.The observation group received dressing change with gauze soaked in Longzhu Ointment after surgery,while the control group was treated with vaseline gauze.The curative effect on the 14th day after surgery,pain scores at different time points,edema regression time,exudate reduction time and wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group on the 14th day after surgery(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain scores between the two groups before dressing change on the first postoperative day(P>0.05).The pain scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after dressing change on the first postoperative day,before and after dressing change on the 3rd and 7th postoperative days(P<0.05).The edema regression time,exudate reduction time and wound healing time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Longzhu Ointment has significant clinical advantages in wound management after colorectal surgery.It can accelerate wound healing,relieve pain and edema,and promote granulation tissue formation,providing a new strategy for postoperative dressing change.
