摘要：目的观察针刺治疗肝郁痰凝型及冲任失调型乳腺增生症的临床疗效。方法纳入肝郁痰凝型(40例)和冲任失调型(40例,剔除1例,脱落5例)乳腺增生症患者。治疗穴位:屋翳、乳根、膻中、期门、丰隆、三阴交。每个月经周期治疗15次,所有患者黄体期入组,下个月经周期的黄体期复查,共治疗1个疗程,停止治疗后疼痛痊愈病人随访1个月经周期。比较两组患者疼痛、肿物、超声、性激素、全身兼症改善情况。结果针刺对乳腺疼痛、肿物及超声下腺体厚度、结节大小均有改善(P<0.01);针对不同证型其对兼症调节有所不同,对雌二醇、孕酮、泌乳素无影响(P>0.05)。结论针刺可有效减轻肝郁痰凝型及冲任失调型乳腺增生症疼痛并缩小肿物,可有效改善全身症状,对性激素无影响。疗效确切,安全性高。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture in the treatment of mammary gland hyperplasia of liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation type and Chong-Ren meridians disorder type.Methods Forty patients with mammary gland hyperplasia and forty patients with Chong-Ren meridians disorder type were included in this study.The treatment acupoints included Wuyi(ST15),Rugen(ST18),Tanzhong(RN17),Qimen(LR14),Fenglong(ST40)and Sanyinjiao(SP6).There were 15 times in one menstrual cycle.All patients were enrolled in the luteal phase,and reexamined in luteal phase of the next menstrual cycle.Totally one course of treatment was conducted.After stopping the treatment,the patients whose pain was cured were followed up for one menstrual cycle.The pain,tumor,ultrasound,sex hormone,and systemic symptomatic relief were compared between the two groups.Results Acupuncture relieved breast pain,tumor,gland thickness and nodule size under ultrasound(P<0.01).According to different syndrome types,it had different regulation on concurrent symptoms,but had no impact on estradiol,progesterone or prolactin(P>0.05).Conclusion Acupuncture can effectively relieve the pain in mammary gland hyperplasia of liver stagnation and phlegm coagulation type and Chong-Ren meridians disorder type,reduce the tumor,effectively relieve the systemic symptoms,and has no side effect on sex hormones.The acupuncture is effective and safe.
