摘要：幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,H.pylori)是一种感染性细菌,与慢性胃炎、消化性溃疡和胃恶性肿瘤的发生密切相关,但调控其感染和致病的宿主因子目前尚不明确。Toll样受体(Toll-like receptors,TLRs)是一类由天然免疫细胞产生的免疫分子,具有检测入侵微生物的作用,可介导信号转导通路将信息传递给下游的免疫细胞。H.pylori能够通过特定的掩蔽机制来避免经典配体激活TLRs,因此H.pylori逃避TLRs的识别是其发生免疫逃逸和细菌持续存在的关键。本文就TLRs在H.pylori持续感染中的具体作用及掩蔽机制进行综述,为H.pylori持续性感染相关机制作一补充以及为根除难治性H.pylori感染提供更多的思路。
Helicobacter pylori(H.pylori)is an infectious bacterium,which is closely related to the occurrence of chronic gastritis,peptic ulcer and gastric cancer.However,the host factors regulating its infection and pathogenesis are still unclear.Toll-like receptors(TLRs)are a class of immune molecules produced by innate immune cells,which can detect invading microorganisms and mediate signal transduction pathways to transmit information to downstream immune cells.H.pylori is able to avoid activation of TLRs by classical ligands through specific masking mechanisms,so H.pylori evasion from recognition by TLRs is the key to its occurrence of immune escape and bacterial persistence.This article reviewed the specific role of TLRs in persistent H.pylori infection and the masking mechanism,so as to provide more ideas for the eradication of refractory H.pylori infection and supplement the mechanism of persistent H.pylori infection.
