摘要：目的整合慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者肺康复(PR)的真实体验,为临床PR提供科学依据。方法检索PubMed、Embase、Web Of Science、The Cochrane library、CBM、CNKI、WanFang、VIP数据库有关COPD患者PR的质性研究,检索时间为建库至2022年5月。采用澳大利亚JBI循证卫生保健中心质性研究准则(2016)进行质量评价,采用汇集性方法对结果进行整合。结果最终纳入14篇文献,共提炼出51个结果,归纳出7个新类别,得出3个整合结果,分别为拒绝PR锻炼、生理及心理需求、社会需求。结论应推广PR理念,优化健康教育,建立远程PR健康体系的支持,提高疾病自我管理能力,营造良好的心理社会支持环境。
Objective To integrate the real experience of pulmonary rehabilitation(PR)of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)so as to provide scientific basis for clinical PR.Methods The databases of PubMed,Embase,Web Of Science,The Cochrane library,CBM,CNKI,WanFang and VIP were searched,and the qualitative researches on PR in COPD patients was collected.The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of database to May 2022.The quality evaluation was conducted according to the Qualitative Research Guidelines(2016)of Australia’s JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center,and the results were integrated by the clustering approach.Results A total of 14 articles were included,51 results were extracted,7 new categories were summarized,and 3 integrated results were obtained,namely,refusing PR exercise,physiological and psychological needs,and social needs.Conclusion It is necessary to popularize the concept of PR,optimize health education,establish the support of remote PR health system,improve the ability of disease self-management and create a good environment for ps ychological and social support.
