摘要：高血压肾损害是由原发性高血压引起的肾脏结构和功能损害,是高血压的常见并发症之一,是患者出现肾衰竭及心血管意外的主要原因。长期的高血压导致肾小球纤维化、萎缩,从而引起肾小球动脉硬化,最终发生慢性肾脏病。慢性肾脏病的发生又加重高血压,从而形成恶性循环。因此,积极的控制高血压是治疗高血压肾损害的关键。祖国医学并没有相应高血压肾损害的病名记载,根据症状可以归类为“眩晕”“水肿”“癃闭”“关格”等范畴。
Hypertensive renal damage is a structural and functional impairment of the kidney caused by essential hypertension.It is one of the common complications of hypertension and is the leading cause of renal failure and cardiovascular accidents.Long-term hypertension leads to glomerular fibrosis and atrophy,which causes glomerular arteriosclerosis and eventually chronic kidney disease.The occurrence of chronic kidney disease aggravates nigh blood pressnre and forms a vicions circle. Therefore,active control of hypertension is the key to the treatment of hypertensive renal damage.The motherland medicine does not have a record corresponding to the hypertensive renal damage.According to the symptoms,it can be classified as "dizziness""edema""closed" and "obstruction and rejection".
