摘要：对于瘟疫的治疗中医各家经过几千年探索体会,临床经验丰富,形成了完整的防治体系。面对此次突发的疫情,中医根据新型冠状病毒肺炎的病因病机,结合临床实际,因地制宜确定了中医诊疗方案。各地中医药防治方案中都强调了"肺脾同治"的重要性,此次疫情中肺脾同治法在临床治疗过程中得到了广泛使用。从"肺脾同治"理论的角度出发,指导新型冠状病毒肺炎的治疗,以便缩短病程,提高疗效,减少危重症患者,降低病死率。
After thousands of years of exploration and experience, Chinese medicine practitioners have rich clinical experience and formed a complete prevention and treatment system. In the face of this sudden epidemic, Chinese medicine has determined the diagnosis and treatment plan of Chinese medicine according to the etiology and pathogenesis of novel coronavirus, combined with clinical practice and local conditions. The importance of "simultaneous treatment of lung and spleen" has been emphasized in the prevention and treatment programs of traditional Chinese medicine in various places, and the method of simultaneous treatment of lung and spleen has been widely used in clinical treatment during this epidemic. From the perspective of the theory of "simultaneous treatment of lung and spleen", we can guide the treatment of novel coronavirus in order to shorten the course of disease, improve the curative effect, reduce the number of critically ill patients and reduce the mortality rate.
