摘要：目的:探讨复方玫瑰胶囊对家兔心肌缺血-再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:以家兔血清中一氧化氮(NO)、内皮素(ET)为指标进行观察。结果:复方玫瑰胶囊对心肌缺血-再灌注损伤家兔血清中NO的升高与ET的降低有显著作用(P<0.01)。结论:复方玫瑰胶囊通过对NO与ET含量的影响对再灌注心肌损伤起到保护作用。
Objective:To approach the medicine-Red Rose Capsule Compound-protective actions to the rabbits, myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury from different angles. Method:To observe the indexes-NO and ET-from the rabbits blood. Result:The medicine-Red Rose Capsule Compound-can obviously increase the NO and decrease the ET to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury. Conclusion:The medicine-Red Rose Capsule Compound-has very obviously protective action to myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury by the way to influence the content of the NO and the ET of the blood.
