摘要：随着艾条悬起灸在临床的普遍应用,其临床效果已得到广泛认可。在具体的临床应用中,根据艾条悬起灸不同的操作手法特点,可将其分为温和灸、回旋灸、雀啄灸。通过分别阐述温和灸、回旋灸、雀啄灸的不同操作手法、施灸特点、温热效应及其近年来临床应用的常见病证,以求客观地阐述悬起灸在临床中的应用重点,为临床选择和应用合适灸法提供更加明确的指导,最终提高临床疗效,并推动悬起灸的推广应用。
With the widespread application of strip suspended moxibustion in clinic,its effect has been widely affirmed.According to its different operating methods,it can be mainly divided into mild moxibustion,circular moxibustion and finch pecking moxibustion.Through explaining the different operation methods,moxibustion characteristics,warming and heat effect and the common symptoms of clinical application of mild moxibustion,circular moxibustion and finch pecking moxibustion respectively,objectively understand the emphasis of the application of suspension moxibustion in clinical practice,guide the clinical practice,and then improve the curative effect,which will be more beneficial to the popularization and application of suspension moxibustion.
