摘要：回顾近5年针刺治疗儿童孤独症谱系障碍(ASD)的相关文献,从病因病机、单一针刺疗法、综合针刺疗法3个方面进行综述,为ASD患儿提供更为可行的治疗方案。同时指出目前存在的问题,如临床研究的样本量偏少、基础研究较少、有效的实验机制研究不足、远期疗效不确切等,今后需进一步完善对儿童ASD的研究,从而为其提供更为系统的疗效评价标准。
A retrospective study was undertaken to summarize the relevant literature on acupuncture therapy for children with autism spectrum disorders(ASD) in recent 5 years from 3 aspects including the etiology and pathogenesis,single acupuncture therapy and comprehensive acupuncture therapy,whereby providing a more feasible therapeutic schedule thereof.Meanwhile,it points out the current existing problems,namely the small sample size of clinical research,the less of basic research,the deficiencies of effective experimental mechanism research and the inaccurate long-term efficacy etc.,which needs to be further perfected to provide more systematic criteria for efficacy evaluation for the research of children with ASD.
