摘要:目的研究喷施不同浓度钾对红芪药材性状及异黄酮类成分的影响。方法设置高、中、低3个浓度钾盐水平,观察采收期红芪药材的外观性状,采用空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收法测定样品中K、Ca、Mg、Zn、Fe、Cu、Co等7种无机元素的含量,采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定毛蕊异黄酮苷、芒柄花素苷、毛蕊异黄酮、芒柄花素等4种异黄酮类成分的含量,运用主成分及相关性分析法进行数据统计,探究在红芪生长期外施不同浓度钾盐对其性状、无机元素含量及异黄酮类成分含量的影响。结果中浓度钾盐对红芪根长、根重、根直径及7种无机元素和4种异黄酮类成分的积累均有促进作用,且作用较其他浓度优,而高浓度钾盐对红芪中4种异黄酮类成分均有抑制作用。结论外源喷施适量钾盐有利于红芪药材生长和异黄酮类成分的积累,可为其道地品质的稳定性提供栽培理论基础。
Objective To study the effects of spraying different concentrations of potassium salt on the traits and isoflavones of Hedysari radix.Methods As the levels of 3 concentrations of high,medium and low potassium salt were set,the appearance and traits of medicinal material of Hedysari radix were observed,the content of 7 inorganic elements K,Ca,Mg,Zn,Fe,Cu and Co etc.in the samples was determined by air-acetylene flame atomic absorption spectrometry method,and the component content of 4 isoflavones were determined by high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC),including calycosin-7-glucoside,ononin,calycosin and formononetin etc.Principal component analysis and correlation analysis were used for data statistics to explore the effects of spraying different concentrations of potassium salt on the traits,inorganic element content and isoflavones content of Hedysari radix.Results Medium concentration of potassium salt promoted the accumulation of root length,root weight,root diameter,7 inorganic elements and 4 isoflavones,whose effect was better than other concentrations,while high concentration of potassium salt inhibited the accumulation of 4 isoflavones.Conclusion It is beneficial to the growth of medicinal material Hedysari radix.and the accumulation of isoflavones to exogenously spray appropriate amount of potassium salt,which can provide a theoretical basis for the stability of its authentic quality.
