摘要：回生饮注射液能使血清凝集素及溶血素的含量显著上升,使外周血中硝基兰四氮唑还原试验(NBT)阳性细胞和酸性非特异性酯酶染色反应(ANAE)阳性细胞百分比明显提高,对二硝基氯苯(DNCB)所激发的迟发型超敏反应的强度有明显减轻作用。表明回生饮不仅是一种良好的免疫增强剂,而且还具有抗过敏作用。
Serum Aggulutinin and Hemolysin of Mice given 'Huishengyin' injection by ip for 7 days had been found to be notably promoted to increase. Meanwhile, the percentages of NBT positive WBCs and ANAE positive lymphocytes were distinctly raised (p< 0.05). But DNCB test on the mice ears showed comparatively lower reactivety (p< 0.05). These results suggest that 'Huishengyin' injection not only could be used for promoting body's immunity, but also for inhibiting their pathogenic hypersensitivity.
