摘要：从女性亚健康状态发生原因、主要表现形式及干预措施等方面进行了归纳。认为导致女性亚健康状态的原因及干预措施的专题性研究不够深入,以后可开展相应具体研究,在干预措施方面可尝试与健康教育活动结合,预防为主,以提高人群整体健康状况。
Causes,main manifestations and interventions of female sub-health were concluded and it was believed that monographic studies on causes and interventions of female sub-health should be dug into so that corresponding studies could be performed,for instance,intervention could be combined with health education and prevention should be focused on to improve the health of people.
