摘要：目的:研究失眠程度与中医症状、生存质量之间的关系。方法:采用中医症状学观察表、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)、世界卫生组织生存质量测定量表简表(WHOQOL-BREF)进行评定,采用统计学手段研究之间的内在关系。结果:共观察120例,其中男45人,占37.5%;女75人,占62.5%;男女比例约为1∶1.67。平均年龄为(46.2±17.5)岁。匹兹堡睡眠质量指数与心气虚、心阳虚、肝气郁结、脾气虚、胃火炽盛等因子相关。匹兹堡睡眠质量指数与心理、生理、社会关系等生存质量维度相关。结论:失眠的中医证候中以心脾两虚型最多,临床上多虚实夹杂,而以虚证为多。睡眠状况与心理健康、生理状态、社会关系等生存质量维度相关。
Objective ：To study the correlation between insomnia degree and clinical symptoms as well as the quality of life. Method：The TCM symptoms observation table, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index scale, the World Health Organization Quality of Life BREF were assessed by using statistical method to study the internal relationship among the measurement values. Results ：120 cases were observed,including 45 males which accounted for 37.5% and 75 females which accounted for 62.5%. The proportion of male and female was about 1 ： 1.67. The average age was （46.2 ± 17.5） years old. Pittsburgh sleep quality index was related to TCM syndromes of heart qi deficiency, heart yang deficiency, liver qi stagnation, spleen deficiency and stomach fire flaming. The Pittsburgh sleep quality index was related to living quality dimensions of psychological, physiological and social relations. Conclusion：Heart and spleen deficiency type is the most common syndrome of insomnia. Sleep status is associated with quality of life,mental health, physiological state and social relations.
