摘要：随着饮食结构调整、社会环境及工作压力的增加及群众就医意识的提高,患有肠易激综合征的就诊人数呈逐年增加趋势,而肠易激综合征发病机制复杂,研究表明由内脏敏感性增高、胃肠道动力异常、脑-肠轴调节异常、肠道炎症反应、肠道菌群紊乱等因素引起的肠道黏膜屏障损伤和黏膜通透性增加。目前,由于临床表现个体化差异大,所以对症治疗是主要方式,包括饮食调节、使用止泻药、导泻药、抗痉挛药等;难治性肠易激综合征症状可以用肠道微生态制剂、抗生素、抑郁药物等。就上述肠易激综合征发病机制及治疗相关研究进展作一概述。
With the adjustment of dietary structure,the increase of social environment and work pressure,and the improvement of people’s medical awareness,the number of patients with irritable bowel syndrome is increasing year by year.The pathogenesis of irritable bowel syndrome is complex.Recent studies have shown that it is caused by increased visceral sensitivity,abnormal gastrointestinal motility,abnormal brain intestinal axis regulation,intestinal inflammatory reaction,intestinal mucosal barrier damage and increased mucosal permeability caused by intestinal flora disorder and other factors.At present,due to the great individual differences in clinical manifestations,symptomatic treatment is the main way,including diet regulation,the use of anti-diarrhea drugs,cathartic drugs,antispasmodic drugs,etc.Refractory IBS symptoms can be treated with intestinal probiotics,antibiotics,depression drugs,etc.This paper summarized the research progress on the pathogenesis and treatment of irritable bowel syndrome.
