摘要：酒精性肝病(ALD)是由长期过量饮酒引发的肝脏损伤性疾病,其病理机制涉及氧化应激、炎症反应及脂质代谢紊乱等多重因素。枳椇子、葛花是中医学中最具代表性的解酒药对,以其独特的药理特性和功效,在应对ALD方面展现出了巨大的潜在价值。文章将系统综述二者单用及配伍应用治疗ALD的作用机制,并概述相关临床研究,进一步验证了其改善肝功能及肝纤维化的潜力。尽管现有研究证实了其疗效,但仍需深入探索活性成分的药代动力学特性、标准化制剂工艺及大样本临床验证,以推动其向安全高效的中药制剂转化。文章将为葛花与枳椇子的深度开发及ALD的中医药防治提供了理论依据与研究方向。
Alcoholic liver disease(ALD)is a liver-damaging disease caused by long-term excessive alcohol consumption,and its pathological mechanism involves multiple factors such as oxidative stress,inflammatory response and lipid metabolism disorder.Citrus aurantium and Kudzu are the most representative hangover medicine pairs in traditional Chinese medicine,and with their unique pharmacological properties and efficacy,they have shown great potential value in dealing with ALD.This article will systematically review the mechanism of action of the two single and combined applications in the treatment of ALD,and summarize the clinical studies that further validate their potential to improve liver function and liver fibrosis.Although existing studies have confirmed its efficacy,there is still a need to further explore the pharmacokinetic properties of the active ingredients,standardized formulation processes and large-scale clinical validation to promote their transformation into safe and efficient TCM preparations.This paper will provide a theoretical basis and research direction for the in-depth development of Kudzu and Citrus aurantium and the prevention and treatment of ALD in traditional Chinese medicine.
