摘要:目的探讨人文素养教育在急危重症护理学课程中的教学效果。方法选取本校2018级128名护理本科生为观察组,将人文素养培养融入课程教学中;2017级125名护理本科生为对照组,采用传统教学模式。课程结束后比较两组护生的形成性考核、期末考试和总评成绩,并观察两组护生人文素养评价结果及对课程的满意度。结果观察组护生形成性考核、期末考试及总评成绩均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护生对课程授课总体评价高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护生自评人文素养指标中心理学知识、人文知识、急救时的应变能力、与其他课程相关知识的综合应用能力及团结协作能力方面评价优于对照组(P<0.05)。在观察组护生对课程意见或建议中共提炼出两个关键主题,分别为提升实训课时间和次数、增加案例教学课时。结论人文素养教育融入急危重症护理学课程各个环节,可提高教学效果,考核形式多样性能更好激发护生学习能力,为相关教学改革提供新思路。将人文社科知识及中国传统文化知识等纳入专业课中,为护生人文素养的提高奠定坚实的知识基础。
Objective To explore the teaching effect of humanistic literacy education in acute and critical care nursing courses.Methods A total of 128 nursing undergraduates in the 2018 grade were selected as an observation group,and the cultivation of humanistic literacy was integrated into the course teaching;125 nursing undergraduates in the 2017 grade were selected as a control group,and the traditional teaching mode was adopted.After the course,the formative assessment,fi nal examination and general assessment scores of the two groups of nursing students were compared,and the evaluation results of the humanistic literacy of the two groups of nursing students and their satisfaction with the course were observed.Results The formative assessment,fi nal examination and general assessment scores in the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing students in the observation group had a higher overall evaluation of the course teaching than the control group(P<0.05).The nursing students in the observation group were better than the control group in terms of psychological knowledge,humanistic knowledge,emergency response ability,comprehensive application ability of knowledge related to other courses,and unity and cooperation ability in the self-assessed humanistic literacy index(P<0.05).In the observation group,nursing students'comments or suggestions on the course,two key themes were extracted,namely,increasing the time and frequency of practical training courses,and increasing the time of case teaching.Conclusion Humanistic literacy education was integrated into all aspects of acute and critical care nursing courses,which can improve the teaching eff ect.The diversity of assessment forms can better stimulate the learning ability of nursing students,and provide new ideas for related teaching reform.The knowledge of humanities and social sciences and knowledge of traditional Chinese culture were incorporated into professional courses to lay a solid knowledge foundation for the improvement of nursing students'humanistic quality.
