90 patients were randomly divided into two groups:control group and experimental group. The FMA score,MRS score and BI score of the two groups were evaluated and compared within 48 hours after admission and 6 months after the experiment. The results showed that there was no significant difference in three scores between the two groups within 48 hours after admission(P>0.05).After 6 months of the experiment, the FMA score and BI score of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention, and the MRS score was lower than that before the intervention(P<0.05).After the intervention, the results of the experimental group were better than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the mixed health education based on cloud class can improve the disease-related knowledge level and motor function rehabilitation skills of stroke caregivers,so as to improve the degree of neurological deficit, reduce motor dysfunction and improve the ability of daily life, which can promote the patients to return to society as soon as possible.
