摘要:蛇床子是伞形科药用植物蛇床的成熟干燥果实,具有温肾助阳、杀虫等多种功效,在中医临床上广泛应用于治疗湿疹、疥癣以及不孕等疾病。蛇床子素是一种主要来源于蛇床子中的天然香豆素类化合物。现代药理学研究表明,蛇床子素具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、心血管保护、支气管保护、器官保护、镇痛、抗微生物感染以及抗病虫害等多种药理活性,其药理作用涉及调控多个分子信号通路和靶点。然而,蛇床子素水溶性低、生物利用度差等问题严重制约了其在基础研究和临床上的应用,将蛇床子素及纳米递药技术相结合能够有效改善上述缺陷。因此,本文通过对蛇床子素的药理作用及纳米递药系统进行系统性回顾和总结,以期为其临床应用及药物开发提供思路和依据。
Cnidium monnieri(L.)Cuss is the mature and dried fruit of the umbelliferae medicinal plant Cnidium monnieri,which has various effects such as warming the kidney,assisting yang,and killing insects.It is extensively utilized in TCM clinical practice to treat diseases such as eczema,scabies,and infertility.Osthole is a natural coumarin compound mainly derived from Cnidium monnieri(L.)Cuss.Modern pharmacological investigations have demonstrated that it endows various pharmacological activities,including anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,cardiovascular protection,bronchial protection,organ protection,analgesic,anti-microbial infection,and resistance to pests,which the pharmacological effects involve multiple molecular signaling pathways and targets.However,the low aqueous solubility and poor bioavailability seriously restricts the application in basic research and clinical setting.Combining osthole with nanodrug delivery technology could effectively ameliorate the above shortcomings.Therefore,this review systematically retrospected and summarized the pharmacological effects and nano drug delivery systems of osthole,to provide ideas and basis for its clinical application and agent development.
