摘要：目的探讨形象评价在医患沟通和医患关系之间的中介效应。方法通过问卷调查获取医患双方的医患关系、医患沟通水平、形象评价数据资料,采用SPSS 19.0统计软件对数据进行描述性统计及相关性分析。结果医护人员和患者都认为医患关系和谐程度不高,医护人员对医患关系的评价低于患者的评价;医护人员对医患沟通水平的评价高于患者对医患沟通水平的评价;患者对医护人员的形象评价高于医护人员对患者的形象评价。相关性分析结果表明,医护人员及患者对医患沟通水平评价越好,则对医患关系的评价越好;医护人员及患者对医患沟通水平评价越高,则对彼此的形象评价越高;医护人员及患者对彼此的形象评价越高,则对医患关系的评价越好。结论医患沟通有助于改善医患关系,形象评价作为中介变量,在这一过程中发挥着重要作用,即医患沟通有助于形成医患之间的积极形象评价,医患之间的积极形象评价可以改善医患关系。
Objective To discuss the mediating effect of image evaluation between doctor-patient communication and doctor-patient relationship. Methods The data of doctor-patient relationship,doctor-patient communication level and image evaluation were obtained through questionnaire survey. The descriptive statistics and correlation analysis from data were undertaken using SPSS 19.0 statistical software. Results Both medical staff and patients held that the harmonious degree of doctor-patient relationship was not high,and the evaluation of doctor-patient relationship by medical staff was lower than that of patients;The evaluation of doctor-patient communication level by medical staff was higher than that by patients;Patients’ image evaluation for medical staff was higher than medical staff’s image evaluation for patients. The results of correlation analysis showed that the higher evaluation of doctor-patient communication level by medical staff and patients,the better evaluation of doctor-patient relationship;The higher evaluation of medical staff and patients on the level of doctor-patient communication,the higher evaluation of each other’s image;The higher evaluation of each other ’s image between medical staff and patients,the better evaluation of doctor-patient relationship. Conclusion Doctor-patient communication helps to improve the doctor-patient relationship. Image evaluation,as a mediating variable,plays an important role in this process,that is,doctor-patient communication helps to form a positive image evaluation between doctors and patients,and the positive image evaluation between doctors and patients can improve the doctor-patient relationship.
