摘要：梁·陶弘景的《辅行诀脏腑用药法要》中记录了已经遗失的方书《汤液经法》的核心原理图“汤液经法图”,又称“五味补泻体用图”,使五脏虚实辨证体系和五味体用化配伍组方的方法得以保留下来,并运用到现代疾病的诊断治疗之中。本文借助“汤液经法图”中蕴含的五味体用化理论,对《小儿药证直诀》所载的5首治疗五脏病证的代表性小儿方进行组方配伍分析,挖掘泻青丸、导赤散、泻黄散、泻白散、地黄丸的组方原理,以期为钱乙的小儿方的配伍用药提供理论依据和实践指导,为方剂的分析提供新思路。
The Essential Formulas for Medicinal Use According to the Zang-Fu Organs by TAO Hongjing of the Liang Dynasty preserves the core schematic diagram of the lost formulary Tangye Jingfa--known as the"Tangye Jingfa Diagram"or the"Five Flavors Tonifying-Purgating Substance-Function Diagram."This diagram has enabled the retention of the syndrome differentiation system for deficiency and excess of the five viscera,as well as the methodology of formulating prescriptions using the interaction of the five flavors in terms of substance and function.These principles are now being applied to the diagnosis and treatment of modern diseases.This study employs the theory of the interaction of the five flavors in terms of substance and function,as embodied in the"Tangye Jingfa Diagram"to analyze the formulation principles of five representative pediatric prescriptions recorded in Key Principles of Pediatrics(by QIAN Yi),which are used to treat disorders of the five viscera.By exploring the formulation principles behind Xieqing Wan(泻青丸),Daochi San(导赤散),Xiehuang San(泻黄散),Xiebai San(泻白散),and Dihuang Wan(地黄丸),the aim is to provide a theoretical basis and practical guidance for the compatibility of QIAN Yi's pediatric formulas,as well as to offer new approaches for the analysis of these formulas.
