摘要：目的:探讨益肾通痹方治疗膝关节炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:96例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为两组,治疗组和对照组各48例,治疗组口服益肾通痹方,对照组口服盐酸氨基葡萄糖片,连续治疗4周,采用WOMAC评分和Lequesne指数评价疗效,并观察治疗前后血、尿、便常规、肝肾功及不良反应等安全性指标。结果:两组在改善WOMAC评分、Lequesne指数方面均有明显效果,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组的有效率为77.1%,对照组有效率为68.8%,两组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组均未出现明显不良反应。结论:益肾通痹方治疗膝骨关节炎安全有效,其疗效不劣于盐酸氨基葡萄糖。
Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of Yishentongbi formulas in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis arthritis（KOA）.Methods：All 96 patients with KOA were randomly divided into treatment group,which were treated with Yishentongbi formulas,and control group,which were treated with glucosamine hydrochloride（n=48in each group）for 4weeks.The scores of WOMAC and Lequesne index were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy.The blood,urine,and stool routine,liver and kidney function and adverse reactions were observed.Results：The scores of WOMAC and Lequesne index were improving significantly between both two groups（P〈0.05）,the total effective rate was 77.1% and68.8%in treatment group and control group respectively（P〈0.05）.There was no significant adverse reaction in both two groups.Conclusion：Yishentongbi formula is safe and effective in the treatment of KOA,and its effect is not inferior to that of the hydrochloric acid.
