摘要：目的观察当归、红芪超滤膜提取物对急性心肌缺血大鼠肌酸激酶(CK)及肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的影响。方法以冠状动脉左前降支结扎法结扎80只大鼠制作急性心肌梗死模型。造模成功后,随机分为1 d、3 d、7 d、14 d组,每组20只;对动物进行用药后在对应的时间点将动物处死取血。用全自动生化仪测定血清CK及CK-MB含量。结果血清CK及CK-MB含量在不同药物组大鼠之间有显著性差异(P均<0.05)。结论当归、红芪超滤膜提取物能降低急性心肌缺血大鼠血清CK及CK-MB活性,且与用药时间及剂量密切相关。
Objective It is to observe the influence of Danggui and Hongqi ultrafiltration membrane extract on creatine kinase（CK） and creatine kinase isoenzyme（CK-MB） in acute myocardial ischemia rat.Methods 80 rats were given left anterior descending coronary artery ligation to establish acute myocardial infarction model.After the model established,80 rats were randomly divided into 1 d group,3 d group,7 d group and 14 d group in which there were 20 rats.After treatment,the animals were killed at the corresponding time point and taken blood.The contents of CK and CK-MB in serum were determined with automatic biochemical analyzer.Results There were significant differences on the contents of CK and CK-MB in serum of the rats among different drug groups（P0.05）.Conclusion Danggui and Hongqi ultrafiltration membrane extract can lower the activity of CK and CK-MB in serum of acute myocardial ischemia rat,which is closely related with the time and dosage of medication.
