摘要:研究了马铃薯脱毒苗苗龄、营养液氮磷钾配比、氮元素化合态以及赤霉素浓度对原原种生产的影响。结果表明,苗龄40 d的脱毒苗各性状表现较好,原原种产量高,是最适宜定植的苗龄;营养液中氮磷钾配比为1∶0.56∶1.21时结薯数和产量都明显优于其它处理;在硝态氮为主的营养液中脱毒苗的成活率较高;以铵态氮为主的营养液可有效促进结薯数和块茎的膨大;赤霉素不仅可促进植株的快速生长,而且可诱导匍匐茎的产生,对提高原原种的单株结薯数有重要作用。
The effect of different seedling age, various ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium of nutrient solution, different combination state of nitrogen element and different concentration of gibberellin on potato original seed production are studied. The results showed that the 40 days of age of potato plantlets is the most appropriate planting seedling age stages, the nutrition liquid ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium is 1:0.57:1.22, the tuber number and yield are significantly better than any other treatment. Using nitrate nitrogen based nutrition liquid, potato plantlets survival rate is higher, mainly to ammonium nitrogen nutrient solution can effectively promote tubers number and tuber enlargement, the gibberellin can not only promote plant growth, but also can be induced by stolons produce, it have an important role in improve tuber number of potato original seed.
