摘要:溃疡性结肠炎是一种影响结肠的慢性、特发性、炎症性疾病。其发病原因不明,以结肠黏膜连续性、弥漫性炎症改变为特点。病程缠绵,症状多样,复发率高,易发结肠炎相关结肠癌。随着人们生活水平不断提高,生活环境、生活方式、饮食结构等发生明显改变,溃疡性结肠炎的发病率和患病率快速上升。MEK/ERK信号通路参与调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡、氧化应激、免疫炎症等多种生理病理过程,与溃疡性结肠炎的发生关系密切。通过研究MEK/ERK信号通路参与溃疡性结肠炎发病的关键环节、关键因子可以为治疗溃疡性结肠炎提供新思路、新途径。
Ulcerative colitis is a chronic nonspecific inflammatory bowel disease.Its etiology is unknown,and it is characterized by continuous and diffuse inflammatory changes of colonic mucosa.The course of disease is lingering,the symptoms are diverse,the recurrence rate is high,and colon cancer associated with colitis is easy to occur.With the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,the living environment,lifestyle,diet structure,etc.have changed significantly,and the incidence and prevalence of UC have increased rapidly.MEK/ERK signaling pathway is involved in regulating cell proliferation,differentiation,apoptosis,oxidative stress,immune inflammation and other physiological and pathological processes,which is closely related to the occurrence of ulcerative colitis.Studying the key links and key factors of MEK/ERK signaling pathway in the pathogenesis of ulcerative colitis can provide new ideas and approaches for the treatment of ulcerative colitis.
