摘要：目的:观察苦瓜胶囊联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:将90例患者随机分为观察组46例、对照组44例。对照组口服二甲双胍缓释片1.0 g/次,2次/d,饭后服用。观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予苦瓜胶囊,3粒/次,3次/d,饭后半小时服用。2组均连续治疗14周。观察治疗后2组空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(PBG)、体质量指数(BMI)、糖化血红蛋白(Hb A1c)、血胰岛素(INS)、血C肽(C-P)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL-C)。结果:FBG、2h PBG、BMI、Hb A1c、等指标观察组治疗后均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。FINS、2h INS、FC-P、2h C-P等指标观察组治疗后均较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。HDL-C观察组治疗后较治疗前明显升高(P<0.05),与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。其余指标2组治疗后均无明显变化,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。不良反应发生率观察组为13.64%,对照组为13.95%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:苦瓜胶囊联合二甲双胍缓释片治疗2型糖尿病临床疗效满意。
Objective： To observe curative effects of Ku Gua capsules combined with metformin in the treatment of type two diabetes mellitus（T2DM）. Methods： Ninety patients were randomized into 46 cases of the observation group and 44 cases of the control group. The patients in the control group took metformin hydrochloride sustained release tablets, 1.0g each time, twice per day（in the morning and evening）, after the meal. The patients in the observation group were given Ku Gua capsules on the basis of the treatment the control group accepted, three pills each time, three times per day, taking it in half an hour after the meals. Both groups were treated for 14 consecutive weeks. The indexes including fasting blood glucose（FBG）, two hours postprandial blood glucose（2h PBG）, body mass index（BMI）, Hb A1 c, insulin（INS）, C peptide（C-P）, total cholesterol（TC）, triglyceride（TG）, low density lipoprotein- cholesterol（LDL-C） and high density lipoprotein- cholesterol（HDL-C） of both groups were observed after treating. Results： The indexes of FBG, 2h PBG, BMI, Hb A1 c and others in the observation group decreased obviously after treating compared with before treating（P〈0.05）, the difference showed statistical meaning when the observation group was compared with the control group after treating（P〈0.05）. the indexes of FINS, 2h INS, FC-P and 2h C-p of the observation group rosed evidently after treating compared with before treating（P〈0.05）, and the difference presented statistical meaning when it was compared with the control group after treating（P〈0.05）. HDL-C of the observation group improved notably compared with before treating（P〈0.05）, and the difference had statistical meaning when it was compared with the control group after treating（P〈0.05）.The difference presented no statistical meaning in the comparison between both groups after treating of other indexes（P〉0.05）. Adverse reaction incidence of the observation group was 13.64%, and the control group was 13.95%, the difference showed no statistical meaning between both groups（P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Ku Gua capsules combined with metformin could obtain satisfactory effects in the treatment of T2 DM.
