Electronic Commerce based on cloud computing is a new business model with the development prospects of the concept of cloud computing,the paper introduces the technical development,the impact of e-commerce and e-commerce field of cloud computing,cloud computing,and points out the basic solution of cloud computing in the business field and broad development prospects.
