摘要：产后痹以育龄期女性产褥期或产后百日内外邪侵袭、气血失荣为发病核心,病机责之气血亏虚、冲任督带失调,致胞宫——冲任督带轴心失衡,正虚邪滞而发为肢体疼痛麻木。王海东教授基于“一源三岐”理论,以脐下营作为胞宫与冲任督带交汇之枢,通过针刀疏筋解结术以疏解脐下经筋结聚,恢复气血循行之通路,中药内服荣身汤加减以益气养血,扶正固本。文章总结王教授针药并治产后痹的理法方术,为产后痹的临床治疗提供参考。
Postpartum arthralgia is characterized by the invasion of internal and external pathogens and the loss of Qi and blood during the puerperium or 100 days postpartum in women of childbearing age.The pathogenesis is attributed to Qi and blood deficiency and imbalance of the Chong,Ren,Du,and Dai meridians,leading to an imbalance in the uterus-Chong,Ren,Du,and Dai axis.This imbalance results in stagnation of pathogenic factors and manifests as pain and numbness in the limbs.Professor WANG Haidong,based on the theory of“one source,three branches,”considers the area below the navel as the pivotal point where the uterus and the Chong,Ren,Du,and Dai meridians converge.He uses acupuncture and knife therapy to unblock the meridians below the navel,restoring the pathways of Qi and blood circulation.He also administers modified Rong Shen Tang internally to tonify Qi and nourish blood,strengthening the body’s resistance and consolidating its foundation.This article summarizes Professor WANG Haidong’s principles,methods,and techniques for treating postpartum arthralgia using acupuncture and herbal medicine,providing a reference for the clinical treatment of postpartum arthralgia.
