摘要：通过古籍文献调研、中医药现代研究成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域内知名专家学者的认识及应用经验,归纳出沉香功效主要为:行气止痛,温中止呕,纳气平喘。症靶为胸闷气喘、呕吐、反酸、呃逆、腹痛、排尿困难。标靶为心肌缺血。现代药理研究发现沉香及其有效成分具有抗炎、平喘、保护胃黏膜、缓解胃肠痉挛、镇痛、利尿、抗心肌缺血等作用。沉香无毒,沉香精油外用可能出现过敏反应。临床常用剂量为1~10 g。临床使用时多研磨或打粉,宜后下而不宜久煎,以免破坏药效成分。
Through the investigation of ancient books,and the combing of modern research progress of traditional Chinese medicine,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the clinical field of traditional Chinese medicine,it is discussed that Chinese eaglewood has the following characteristics:Its main effects include promoting the flow of qi to alleviate pain,warming the middle-jiao to stop vomiting,and controlling inspiration to relieve asthma.Its symptom targets involve wheezing and shortness of breath,vomiting,acid reflux,hiccups,chest pain,abdominal pain,constipation,dysuria,and insomnia,while its biochemical indicator target features myocardial ischemia.Modern pharmacological research has found that Chinese eaglewood and its active ingredients have the effects of anti-inflammation,relieving asthma,protecting gastric mucosal,relieving gastrointestinal spasms,analgesia,diuresis,and anti-myocardial ischemia.It is non-toxic,but the external use of its essential oil may cause allergic reactions.Its commonly used clinical dosage is 1-10 g.When used clinically,it is often ground into powders or crushed.It should be added later in decoction processing rather than simmered for an extended period to prevent the destruction of its active ingredients.
