摘要:通过对古籍文献、中药现代研究及其成果的梳理,结合中医临床及中药学等学科领域专家学者的认识及应用经验,经讨论认为牛膝的功效主要为逐瘀通经,补肝肾,强筋骨,利尿通淋,引血下行。症靶为眩晕、下肢疼痛、肌肉萎缩。标靶为高血压、下肢静脉血栓。现代药理发现牛膝及其有效成分具有降压、神经保护、免疫调节、抗肿瘤、降血脂等作用。本品无毒,但是孕妇慎用。临床使用剂量为5.55~140 g,根据疾病、证型、症状等,灵活加减牛膝用量,并积极探索牛膝用量与症靶、病靶的量效关系构建。
Through combing the ancient literature,modern research on traditional Chinese medicine and its achievements,combined with the understanding and application experience of experts and scholars in the subject fields of clinical and traditional Chinese medicine,it is believed that twotoothed achyranthes root has the following characteristics:Its activities are mainly removing blood stasis for promoting menstruation,nourishing the liver and kidneys,strengthening tendons and bones,promoting diuresis and freeing stranguria,and directing blood to flow downward.Its symptom targets are vertigo,pains in lower limbs and muscular atrophy,while its biochemical indicator targets are hypertension and lower extremity venous thrombosis.Modern pharmacology has found that twotoothed achyranthes root and its active ingredients have the effects on hypotension,neuroprotection,immune regulation,antitumor,and lowering blood lipids.This product is non-toxic,but should be used with caution in pregnant women.Its clinical dosage range is 5.55-140 g.According to varying diseases,syndrome types and symptoms,its dosage should be flexibly added or subtracted,and the dose-effect relationship between its dosage and the symptom targets and biochemical indicator targets should be actively explored.
