摘要：“络病学说”是中医学术体系的独特组成部分,近年来被广泛应用于多种内伤疑难杂病和外感重症的研究中,尤其是在肿瘤患者的治疗中,络病学说被作为新的研究方向,将中医络病理论与西医肿瘤血管病变相结合,认为西医的肿瘤微循环血管与中医络病在病理过程和临床表现中极为相似;西医血管微循环的分布、走行及吻合等与中医中络脉的分布、走行及吻合等有着相似之处;同时,西医血管微循环的生理功能与中医络脉的渗灌气血、濡养组织以及营、血、津液的互渗互化作用相似。中医络脉与西医肿瘤微循环之间的互通关系,为络病理论探讨放射性心脏病提供了新的理论依据和研究思路,发展并丰富了对放射性心脏病的认识,文章通过回顾放射性心脏病与络病学说的学术发展,认为络病的致病特点为“久、瘀、顽、杂”,并进一步从病机演变、病程进展、病性和临床表现探讨络病理论与放射性心脏病的相关性,认为放射性心脏病在发生发展过程中同样具有“久、瘀、顽、杂”的致病特点;“正气亏虚、络脉受阻”是放射性心脏病的发病基础,热毒、血瘀、痰浊作为放射性心脏病的主要病理产物,同时也作为病理因素继发致病,并通过“络以通为用”的学术思想为放射性心脏病的防治以及临床疗效的提高提供理论依据。
“Collateral Disease Theory”is a unique part of the academic system of traditional Chinese medicine.The research direction combines the theory of TCM collateral disease with Western medicine tumor vascular disease,and believes that the tumor micro-circulation vessels in Western medicine are very similar to TCM collateral disease in the pathological process and clinical manifestations;The distribution,running and anastomosis of the collaterals are similar;at the same time,the physiological function of the vascular micro-circulation in Western medicine is similar to that of the collaterals in traditional Chinese medicine in terms of infiltration and perfusion of Qi and blood,moistening and nourishing tissues,and the interpenetration and interaction of nutrient,blood and body fluids..The intercommunication relationship between TCM collaterals and tumor micro-circulation in Western medicine provides new theoretical basis and research ideas for the theory of collateral disease to explore radiation heart disease,and develops and enriches the understanding of radiation heart disease.This article reviewed the relationship between radiation heart disease and radiation heart disease.The academic development of collateral disease theory believes that the pathogenic characteristics of collateral disease are“long-term,stagnant,persistent,and miscellaneous”,and further discusses the relationship between collateral disease theory and radiation heart disease from the perspective of pathogenesis evolution,disease progression,disease and clinical manifestations It is believed that radiation heart disease also has the pathogenic characteristics of“long-term,stasis,stubbornness,miscellaneous”in the process of occurrence and development;As the main pathological product of radiation heart disease,phlegm turbidity is also a secondary cause of pathological factors,and provides a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of radiation heart disease and the improvement of clinical efficacy through the academic thought of“connecting collaterals for use”.
