摘要：气机升降理论是中医学从动态角度出发,对脏腑特性、气化功能以及整个人体生命活动的高度概括。深入探讨气机升降学说,不仅具有理论意义,而并有助于提高临床疗效。历代医家都很重视升降理论,并由此理论,结合脏腑辨证、临床经验创立了独特的脏腑升降思想,在临床中多有发挥。其中,运用此学说推陈出新的当推金元时期李东垣的脾胃思想。
The qi of Rising and Falling theory in Chinese medicine is from the dynamic point of view, characteristics of the organs, gasification function as well as the entire human life-activity of highly summarized. Depth the qi change of doctrine, not only has theoretical significance, but also help to improve clinical efficacy. Doctors always attached great importance to the qi of Rising and Falling theory, and thus the theory of dialectical combination of organs, clinical experience in the creation of a unique organs of Rising and Failing theory, has many clinical exert. Among them, the use of this new doctrine of Jin and Yuan Dynasties, when pushed Li Dongyuan idea of the spleen and stomach.
