摘要：子宫内膜异位症是妇产科常见慢性疾病,严重影响女性健康,发病率呈逐年上升趋势。痛经是子宫内膜异位症最典型的临床表现,严重影响患者的生活质量。近年来,随着对子宫内膜异位症的发病机制认识不断深入,中西医治疗子宫内膜异位症痛经取得了较大进展。对子宫内膜异位症痛经病机及治疗方法进行阐述,以期为子宫内膜异位症痛经的研究及治疗提供理论参考。
Endometriosis is a common chronic disease, which affects women＇s life seriously. And its incidence rate is increasing. Period pain is its most typical clinical manifestation, which affects the life quality of patients seriously. In recent years, with the deepening understanding of the pathogenesis of disease pain, we have made great progress in the treatment of period pain caused by endometriosis both in traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine. This thesis elaborates on the pathogenesis and treatment of this disease, aiming to provide references for the research and treatment of period pain caused by endometriosis.
