摘要:放化疗是目前治疗恶性肿瘤疾病的主要手段。对恶性肿瘤的治疗疗效确切,但缺乏针对性,在杀死肿瘤细胞的同时,也会损伤人体的正常组织细胞,导致多系统的损伤,如血液系统、消化系统、神经系统及肝肾功能损害。骨髓抑制为放化疗毒副反应之一,主要表现为患者外周血白细胞、红细胞、血小板甚至血红蛋白的不同程度降低,甚者引起全血细胞数减少,反而阻碍疾病的治疗,影响患者的基本生活。
Radiotherapy and chemotherapy are the main means to treat malignant tumors.The therapeutic effect of malignant tumors is definite,but not specific.While killing residual cancer cells,it can also damage normal tissue cells of human body,leading to multiple system adverse reactions,such as damage of blood system,digestive system,nervous system and liver and kidney function.Bone marrow cell damage is obvious.Bone marrow depression is mainly manifested by the reduction of peripheral blood leukocytes,red blood cells,platelets and even hemoglobin in different degrees.In severe cases,it can cause the decrease of whole blood cells,but hinder the treatment of diseases and affect the basic life of patients.
