摘要：目的观察敦煌美白丸对老年大鼠的抗衰老作用。方法将40只20月龄大鼠随机分为敦煌美白丸大、中、小剂量组及老年对照组,并另选取10只4月龄大鼠作为青年对照组,观察各组大鼠血清MDA、SOD、GSH-Px和脑组织、肝组织中Lf的含量变化。结果敦煌美白丸大剂量可以显著改善老龄大鼠血清MDA、SOD、GSH-Px和脑组织、肝组织中Lf含量。结论敦煌美白丸具有明显的抗衰老作用。
Objective To observe the effects of Dunhuang Mcibai Pills on antisenility to old rats. Methods 40 rats of 20 months were randomly divided into high, middle and low dose of Dunhuang Meibai Pills groups and old control group, and selected 10 rats of 4 months as young control group. Observed the change of the content of MDA,SOD, GSH-Px in serum and Lf in brain and liver of rats in every groups. Results High close of Dunhuang Meibai Pills could prominently improve the content of MDA ,SOD ,GSH-Px in serum and Lf in brain and liver of old rats. Conclusion Dunhuang Meibai Pills has obvious effect of antisenihty.
