摘要：阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)已成为威胁人类健康的第四大杀手,β-淀粉样蛋白(amyloid-β,Aβ)在脑内的生成及其所带来的炎症反应、氧化应激和细胞凋亡等神经毒性作用是导致AD发生发展的重要原因。现代研究发现,中医药在防治AD方面具有疗效显著、不良反应少且多向调控的优势。从Aβ生成与清除,抑制胶质细胞活化和炎症反应,减轻氧化应激及细胞凋亡等方面对中医药调控β-淀粉样蛋白作一综述,为AD临床防治和药物研究提供理论支持。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD)becomes the fourth major killer threatening human health.The generation ofβ-amyloid protein(Aβ)in the brain and its neurotoxic effects such as inflammation reaction,oxidative stress and apoptosis are important reasons for the occurrence and development of AD.Modern studies have found that traditional Chinese medicine has the advantages of significant curative effect,fewer adverse reactions and multi-directional regulation in the prevention and treatment of AD.This article reviewed the regulation of Aβby traditional Chinese medicine from the aspects of Aβproduction and removal,inhibition of glial cell activation and inflammation,reduction of oxidative stress and apoptosis,etc,and provided theoretical support for the clinical prevention and treatment of AD and drug research.
