摘要：从"双三赢"理论逻辑视角下构建西部农村体育文化体系,即农村体育文化社会系统、农村体育文化经济系统、农村体育文化生态系统,同时对农村体育文化"双三赢"体系的模型、性质、意义和可行性进行了分析。通过西部农村体育文化"双三赢"体系建设促进西部农村体育公共服务的完善与发展、农民体育生活质量的提升、农村体育事业的发展,达到"双三赢"的效果,也可为农村体育文化的建设提供参考与帮助。
Sports culture system of the western rural was built from the angle of theory and logic ＂dual three wins＂. The sports culture system comprises three systems： social system,economic system and ecosystem of rural sports culture. The model,the character,the significance and the feasibility of the system were analyzed at the same time. Through constructing the ＂dual three wins＂of the sports culture system of the western rural promotes the perfect and development of the sports public service,the improvement of the physical quality of life of farmers,the development of the western rural sports to achieve the effect of the ＂dual three wins＂. The result,it can offer a reference and help for the construction of rural sports culture.
