摘要：目的分析针灸治疗癌因性疲乏的选穴治疗特点,为临床治疗癌因性疲乏提供参考。方法搜索2008年2月至2019年2月针灸治疗癌因性疲乏的临床研究文献,从治疗方法、高频腧穴、特定穴、经脉、配穴处方等方面梳理针灸治疗癌因性疲乏的特点。结果①艾灸疗法及针刺疗法在治疗癌因性疲乏中应用较多;②针灸治疗癌因性疲乏出现频次最高的腧穴依次为足三里、关元、气海、三阴交、百会、神阙等;③五输穴、背俞穴等特定穴使用较多;④针灸治疗癌因性疲乏常用腧穴主要集中在任脉、足太阳膀胱经和督脉。结论针灸治疗癌因性疲乏注重经络辨证、辨证配穴和随症加减,重视特定穴的使用。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of acupoint selection for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue with acupuncture and moxibustion.Methods From February 2008 to February 2019,the clinical literature about the treatment of cancer-related fatigue with acupuncture and moxibusiton was reviewed.The characteristics of the treatment of cancer-related fatigue with acupuncture were summarized after analyzing the treatment methods,high-frequency acupoints and meridians,the use of specific acupoints,and the prescription of acupoints for acupuncture and moxibustion.Results(1)Moxibustion therapy and acupuncture therapy were frequently used for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue.(2)The acupoints with the highest frequency for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue were Zusanli,Guanyuan,Qihai,Sanyinjiao,Baihui,Shenque,etc.(3)Specific acupoints such as five Shu-stream points and back-Shu points were frequently used for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue.(4)The commonly-used acupoints for the treatment of cancer-related fatigue are mainly located in the conception vessel,bladder meridian of foot Taiyang,and governor vessel.Conclusion For the treatment of cancer-related fatigue with acupuncture and moxibustion,more consideration should be taken for the syndrome differentiation of meridians and collaterals,acupoint compatibility based on syndrome differentiation,modification of acpoints according to the predominated symptoms,and the selection of specific acupoints.
