摘要：目的观察自拟小儿咳喘散佐治小儿咳嗽的临床疗效。方法将80例咳嗽患儿随机分为治疗组和对照组,对照组予西医常规治疗,治疗组在西医常规治疗的基础上口服自拟小儿咳喘散,比较2组的症状改善及消失时间。结果治疗组患儿退热时间、咳嗽改善时间、肺部啰音消失时间及X线胸片明显改善时间、住院时间均显著短于对照组,组间比较差异有统计意义(P<0.05)。结论自拟小儿咳嗽散佐治小儿咳嗽能有效改善患儿症状及体征,缩短住院时间。
Objective To observe the effect of self-prescribed cough-pant powder in treating pediatric cough. Methods 80 patients with cough were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy. The treatment group was based on routine treatment of modern medicine plus self-prescribed cough-pant powder. Symptoms and the time for their existence were compared. Results The time for fever, cough, pulmonary rales, chest X-ray improvement and hospitalization in the treatment group was signifi- cantly shorter than that in the control group, there is statistical significance between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Self-prescribed pediatric cough-pant powder can improve symptoms and signs of patients efficiently, shorten the hospitalization time.
