摘要：心肌纤维化是多种心血管疾病引起的心肌终末期病理改变,影响心功能恢复。“心与小肠相表里”是中医传统理论,提示心脏与肠道代谢具有相关性。研究表明,肠道菌群与心血管疾病密切联系,肠道菌群失调、肠道屏障及肠道菌群代谢产物均可影响心肌纤维化的发生与发展。此外,中药在防治心血管疾病合并肠道菌群失调中有着独特优势,中药单体及中药组方在调控肠道菌群防治心肌纤维化中有一定的疗效,为临床治疗提供了新的思路。因此,本文对肠道菌群及其代谢产物影响心肌纤维化及中药干预研究进展作一综述,以期为从干预肠道菌群的角度治疗心肌纤维化的作用机制和中药新药的研发提供理论依据。
Myocardial fibrosis is an end-stage pathological change caused by a variety of cardiovascular diseases,which affects the recovery of cardiac function.“The heart and small intestine are in the exterior and interior”is a traditional Chinese medicine theory,suggesting that the heart and intestinal metabolism are related.Studies have shown that intestinal flora is closely related to cardiovascular diseases,and the imbalance of intestinal flora,intestinal barrier,and intestinal flora metabolites can affect the occurrence and development of myocardial fibrosis.In addition,traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases combined with intestinal flora imbalance,and the monomer and prescription of traditional Chinese medicine have certain effects on the regulation of intestinal flora in the prevention and treatment of myocardial fibrosis,providing a new idea for clinical treatment.Therefore,this article reviews the research progress on the effects of intestinal flora and its metabolites on myocardial fibrosis and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine,in order to provide theoretical basis for the treatment of myocardial fibrosis from the perspective of intervention of intestinal flora and the development of new drugs of traditional Chinese medicine.
