摘要:目的观察敦煌养颜面脂对老龄大鼠皮肤组织中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)和谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量的影响。方法将SPF级雌性SD大鼠随机分成模型对照组、阳性对照组和空白对照组及敦煌养颜面脂高、中、低剂量组。各组大鼠背部脱毛后,给药组涂抹敦煌养颜面脂,模型组涂抹敦煌养颜面脂基质,阳性组涂抹维生素E胶丸。连续涂敷30d后,以生化分析方法测定皮肤组织中SOD、GSH-PX活性和MDA含量。结果敦煌养颜面脂高、中、低剂量组中SOD、GSH-PX活性和MDA含量与模型组比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01);敦煌养颜面脂高、中剂量组与阳性组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),且以中剂量组效果最佳。结论敦煌养颜面脂可显著升高老龄大鼠皮肤中SOD和GSH-PX活性及明显降低MDA含量,具有延缓皮肤衰老的作用。
Objective To observe the influence of Dunhuang Nourishing Cream on the contents of SOD, GSH-PX and MDA in skin of aged rats. Methods Female SD rats of SPF level were divided into 6 groups: high, moderate and low dose groups of Dunhuang Nourishing Cream, model contrasting group, positive contrasting group and blank contrasting group. After removed the hair on the back, the drug groups were applied with Dunhuang Nourishing Cream, the model group was applied with the matrix of Dunhuang Nourishing Cream and the positive group was applied with vitamin E. After 30 days, the contents of SOD, GSH-PX and MDA in the skin were tested with the method of biochemistry analysis. Results Compared with the model group, the contents of SOD, GSH-PX and MDA in the high, moderate and low dose groups had significant difference {P〈0.01). Compared with positive group, the high and moderate dose groups had no obvious difference (P〈0.05), and the moderate dose group had better effect. Condusion Dunhuang Nourishing Cream can increase the contents of SOD and GSH-PX in skin and decrease the content of MDA, so that it can delay aging process.
