摘要：目的中医的"开阖枢"理论与植物神经对人体作用的相关性比较,丰富中西结合理论。方法通过对人体生理病理的影响比较其相关性。结果 "开阖枢"理论的"开"比较交感神经对内脏的兴奋作用、"开阖枢"的"阖"比较副交感神经对内脏的抑制作用、"开阖枢"的"枢"比较中枢神经的调节作用,通过这三个方面的比较,清晰地阐释"开阖枢"理论与植物神经的作用机理之间的相关性。结论 "开阖枢"理论对人体产生的反应与植物神经系统对机体产生的效应有密切的联系。
Objective To compare .the relationship between the theory of "open and closed pivot"of traditional Chinese medicine and the effect of vegetative nerve on human body,which enriches the theory of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.Method The correlation of physiological and pathological effects on human body was compared.Result The excitatory effect of sympathetic nerve on the internal organs,the inhibitory effect of parasympathetic nerve on the internal organs,and the regulative effect of the central nervous system was compared,in order to clearly explain the relationship'between the theory of "open and closed pivot"and the mechanism of action of plant nerves.Conclusion The response of the theory of "open and closed pivot"to human body is closely related to the effect of plant nervous system on organism.
