摘要：当归藁本内酯是当归挥发油的主要活性成分,其在当归中的含量较高。随着当归藁本内酯提取、贮存技术的发展,藁本内酯的药理作用研究越来越受到人们的关注,前人对其降压、镇痛、平喘、消炎、解热、抗菌、镇静、催眠等的药理作用作过较多综述,本文就近年来当归藁本内酯对老年痴呆药理作用的研究展开综述,为其治疗老年痴呆提供参考。
Ligustilide is the main active ingredient in essential oil of Radix Angelicae Sinensis, and the content is quite higher. Along with the development of ligustilide extraction and storage technology, more attentions have been paid to pharmacological effects of ligustilide. Previous literature reviews have been made on pharmacological effects of ligustilide on lowering blood pressure, analgesia, relieving asthma, anti-inflammation, antipyresis, relieving pressure, antipyretic, antibiosis, sedation and hypnosis and so on. This review summarizes the advances in effect of ligustilide of Radix Angelicae Sinensis on prevention and treatment of senile dementia in recent years, which can provide the references for prevention and treatment of senile dementia.
