摘要：2019年12月以来,以湖北省武汉市为中心在全国各地陆续发现多名新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)患者,且传播规模迅速增大,引起社会高度关注。目前,新型冠状病毒肺炎的病理机制尚未完全清楚,治疗也尚无特效药物,故做好新型冠状病毒肺炎的防控是当务之急。要做好疫情防控就要对其病因有明确的认识,该文尝试从中医《黄帝内经·素问》《黄帝内经·灵枢》《温病条辨》《瘟疫论》等典籍结合中医五运六气学说,阐述分析新型冠状病毒肺炎的发病时间、发病地点以及易感人群等病因学相关内容;从西医病原生物学、流行病学结合国家卫健委发布的新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案阐述分析其病毒特性、传染源、传播途径等病因学相关内容,以期为新型冠状病毒肺炎的预防提供理论依据。
Since December 2019,a number of new coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19) patients have been found in different parts of China,with the center in Wuhan,Hubei province.And the scale of transmission has increased rapidly,which has attracted great attention from the society.At present,the pathological mechanism of COVID-19 is not fully understood,and there is no specific drug for treatment,and so it is urgent to prevent and control.In order to prevent and control the epidemic situation,it is necessary to have a clear understanding of its etiology.This paper attempted to analyze the etiological contents of the COVID-19,such as the onset time,location and susceptible population,from Huangdi Neijing· Suwen,Lingshu,Wenbing Tiaobian and Wenyi Lun,in combination with the theory of five-Yun and six-Qi of TCM.From the western medicine pathogen biology,epidemiology and the COVID-19 diagnosis and treatment program released by the National Health Commission of China,this paper expounded and analyzed its virus characteristics,source of infection,transmission route and other etiological contents.This paper provided a theoretical basis for the prevention of this disease.
